Acceptance of Terms

Thanks for your interest in SermonSlides.com ("SermonSlides"). SermonSlides provides this website as a service to you, subject to the following Terms & Conditions, which may occasionally be updated by us without notice to you. You agree that each use of the website is subject to the then existing Terms & Conditions, including any modifications or amendments made hereto.  All SermonSlides material can only be used at one location.  Additionally, SermonSlides material cannot be shared with other organizations or entities.

Description of Service

The SermonSlides.com website provides users with access to a variety of Christian produtcs, including sermon PowerPoints, sermon graphics, worship backgrounds, etc.  Any new features that augment or enhance SermonSlides.com, including the release of new SermonSlides.com content, shall be subject to the Terms & Conditions.

No Resale of Service

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes any portion of the SermonSlides content, use of SermonSlides.com, or access to SermonSlides.com.

Membership

Monthly Membership fees are charged to the credit card you provide at time of registration or account upgrade. At the time of registration, the monthly amount will be charged and will continue on a monthly basis till a request to cancel thru the system or in writing is provided. Each membership comes with a set amount of monthly downloads which do not carry over to the next month and will reset on the monthly subscription aniversary after payment is made for the monthly membership. If a yearly commitment is made, a cancellation fee of $150 or the remaining of the contract; which ever is greater, will apply and automatically charged to your credit card on file. Each additional slides purchased after the monthly allotment will be given a 20% discount. A Tax Identification number is required if your organization is Tax Exempt, otherwise, applicable sales tax will be applied to the monthly membership dues.

When you visit SermonSlides.com you may be linked to other outside sites such as those operated by advertisers, sponsors, and partners, which may use SermonSlides.com's logo as part of an agreement with SermonSlides.com. These other sites may send their own cookies to users, collect data, or solicit personal information. Consequently, these sites are not subject to the SermonSlides.com Privacy Policy, and SermonSlides.com is not responsible for the privacy policies of these other sites, nor for the use of any information these sites may collect.

SermonSlides' Proprietary Rights

You acknowledge and agree that SermonSlides.com and any necessary software used in connection with SermonSlides.com contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. You further acknowledge and agree that all Content, including that contained in sponsor advertisements or information presented to you through the Service or other third parties, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorized by SermonSlides, its advertisers or the appropriate third party, you agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the Service, Content or the Software, in whole or in any part.

If any provision of the Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of theTerms & Conditions remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or the Terms & Conditions must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. The section titles in the Terms & Conditions are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.

This site is created and controlled by SermonSlides in the State of Texas, USA. As such, the laws of the State of Texas will govern these disclaimers, terms, conditions, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. We reserve the right to make changes to our site and these disclaimers, terms, and conditions at any time.
